Volunteer Opportunities

Exhibit Building & Set-Up

Help bring interactive exhibits to life by assisting with construction, painting, assembly, and installation. This is a great fit for volunteers who enjoy hands-on projects and creative problem-solving.

Events & Community Outreach

Support special events at the museum or represent the Children’s Museum of Findlay at community events alongside museum staff. Volunteers in this role help create memorable experiences and spread awareness of the museum’s mission.

Education & Programming

Engage directly with children through reading activities, art projects, and educational programs. Volunteers may also help present age-appropriate topics that encourage curiosity and creativity.

Docents & Visitor Support

Interact with children and families during regular museum hours by welcoming guests, assisting with exhibits, and helping create a positive, engaging environment throughout the museum.

Maintenance & Cleaning
