At the Children’s Museum of Findlay, kids don’t just observe the world; they explore it, build it, imagine it, and sometimes take it apart to see how it works. Our museum is a hands-on, minds-on space designed especially for children and families, where creativity, discovery, and joyful learning happen every single day.

Our Story

The Children’s Museum of Findlay opened in July 2014 with one guiding belief: children learn best through play.

For many years, the museum was located inside the Findlay Village Mall. In early 2025, the mall’s demolition led to the closure of that space, but not the end of our mission.

We are now preparing to reopen in a brand new location at 11600 County Road 99 in Findlay, creating room to grow, reimagine exhibits, and bring the magic of hands-on learning back to our community.
